Introduction
Welcome to MyTripAndTravel. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
Definitions
- "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the travel agency accessing this website and accepting these terms and conditions.
- "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to MyTripAndTravel.
- "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.
- "Services" refers to the travel packages and related services offered by us.
Booking Terms
Booking Process
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and confirmation from our side.
Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking
- Remaining payment must be made 7 days before the tour date
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- GST and other applicable taxes will be charged extra
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the following:
- 30 days or more before departure: 20% of total tour cost
- 15-29 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or refunds as per our policies.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate client information
- Ensure timely payments
- Communicate any special requirements well in advance
Liability and Insurance
While we take utmost care in providing our services, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during any tour. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaints should be reported immediately to our representative during the tour or within 7 days of tour completion. All disputes are subject to resolution under Indian jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions, civil unrest, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Regular review of these terms is recommended.
